Very bad service.. Recommend not to schedule appointment with doctor Ng.

Dr Ng is kind, caring, takes time to explain things to his patients. Genuinely cares about people

My surgery was performed with 0 issues and I was able to heal quite quickly.

I was in desperate need of a surgeon to remove 2 kidney stones larger than 20mm and had them for months and finally Dr Ng took care of me. He did a great job and did both sides at the same time which I am extremely grateful for. The night of my surgery he even waited long past hours to do mine and I doubt he got much sleep between then and the next day. During appointments he seems pretty flexible and explains everything I ask. He seems to worry about if he did a good enough job a lot which is not necessarily a bad thing but that might also come with being fairly new to central ohio urology.

So far the worst experience I've ever had with a doctor. Giving your client NO Solution to a health problem and agreeing him to go and look for help somewhere else, is NOT a professional way to treat a client. F -

I've been taking my two sons to Dr. Ng for about 5 years. We really like him. I feel he does exactly what is needed in terms of diagnosis and treatment, tells you what you can do to help yourself, tells you what to do next if the problem doesn't resolve with the current treatment, and lets you know when it could be appropriate to call him again. He does not leap in with unnecessary procedures. His communication is excellent (which, as an accountant, I especially appreciate). My kids like him a lot too. We saw him today and my 13-year old said "he's pretty chill" which, if you understand teen communication, is a huge compliment.I would recommend him to anyone looking for a pediatrician for their kids.

We luckily found him and we are so happy that he accepted to be PCP for our newborn. Very great doctor. We are first-time parents and this Dr goes above and beyond to explain what is normal and is not. The great thing is he explains the root cause behind the problem and helps you make an informed decision.

We had Dr. Ng as our son's pediatrician when he was first born. He is truly an amazing Doc! So informative and extremely caring. He makes you feel extremely comfortable and help educate you on exactly what is going on and what you should expect moving forward. He not only cares for the baby but also makes sure parents are doing great. Super prompt in replying messages. I highly recommend him .

Dr Ng is pediatrician of both my kid, one is 23 month another 10 year old. He try to give best advice to our concern, connect with the kids so well. He always give prompt reply to our messages.

Great pediatrician, as first time parents Dr.Ng has made my husband and I feel a lot more secure. He has also connected with our little one. He's very attentive and has given us nothing but great helpful advice.
