Dr. Hyer greated us with a warm smile. He was ever present with us during the visit. He asked questions about my concern and explained everything so we could understand my situation. He not only told me that I had a level 3 sprain, but explained what areas of my foot and ankle involved in a level 3 sprain. He explained that he was going to wrap and place my ankle/foot into a boot to wear for 3 weeks. He also explained what may take place at my 3 week follow-up depending on the outcome of wearing the boot for 3 weeks. Since I have been wearing the boot my ankle and foot are supported with comfort instead of hurting all day. Many thanks to Dr. Hyer and his staff who all were concerned with my well being and outcome. What a great office and staff. Smiles were not lacking from this office. From the front staff to the back. When first arriving I was greeted right away with smile from the front staff. Friendly, caring, and supported from the time I walked in the door. I highly recommend!

The staff was all very friendly, polite, and cheerful. Dr. Hyper was amazing. He explained everything about my condition in terms that I could understand. He answered all my questions. I didn’t feel rushed. I would recommend him to anyone.

Office was efficient. Was able to make an appointment same week I called. Got X-rays on arrival and reviewed with Dr. Hyer. He did a good exam of my ankle and discussed plan and follow up.

Had my foot totally reconstructed. Dr. Hyer and his whole staff have been amazing! (minus 1 girl in casting… super rude, bad attitude, and rough. I believe her name is Tammy— just requested not to have her). Gave 5 stars because the rest of the staff was beyond perfect. Parker in casting— awesome! Lisa in PT— outstanding. Literally need to clone Parker and Lisa. Checkin, check out, orthotic casting techs, shoe store staff, xray techs— all wonderful!! And run like a well oiled machine. My foot is healing beautifully and feels better than ever did before. Highly recommend!!
