Dr Burgers, MD is not my doctor! I have been seeing Dr. Eric Ward for over 10yrs due to Interstitial Cystitis. He was a "yes" doctor 1st time I requested to do my own bladder installations at home. He had no problem with me using my choice of meds, cath size, etc for my bladder cocktail which was not on their list of cocktails. Great listening skills, takes time to exam! Only follow-up appointments once a year for a few years now!!

This place !!!!!!!! I paid $250 , took me an hour to see a doctor. And told me there is nothing they can do. They told me that is better to go to Ohio health urologist. because they are not competent enough.

One of the two nurses and the checkout person were rather rude and perfunctory. I expect to be treated like a patient, not like an inconvenience.

I've been coming to this place for years and overall they have taken good care of me. Dr Gambla is my doctor. I have had kidney stones several times. Yes sometimes the wait can be a little while as with any Drs office. The last time I saw the Dr, yes he seemed rushed. But I've been seeing another staff member recently and she is very nice. Not perfect but overall I'm satisfied. .

I hope my first appointment tomorrow goes better than my experience so far. Booked an appointment for 11:45. automated reminder says 12:15. I call the phone number on the voicemail it goes to a broken phone system. The answering service tells me to call back tomorrow during business hours. I do so, get the same broken phone system. Answering service gives me another number. The appointments agent was chock full of entitled attitude and has no idea what customer service is. She shouldn't be speaking to clients/customers. The answering service was nice, the actual employee, not so much. The appointment time versus when they demand you be there or be rescheduled times causes confusion especially when trying to get stuff done while taking time off work. I'm calling my primary care for another referral for back up. The other reviews on here don't surprise me so far.

Front staff was great. My boyfriend came here after going to the ER for a 15mm kidney stone. He paid $250 since he had no insurance to have the doctor come in for literally 5 minutes and tell him exactly what the ER told him. The doctor was rude and rushed us. Will never recommend this place to anyone.

Will let patients set and suffer symptoms of a chronic condition without calling in medication just to make a buck! This is not pain medication or a narcotic either. Its urogesic blue tablets. This medication treats the symptoms of interstitial cystitis which is super painful!! I have been paying medical Bill's for 2 years and first half the year they couldn't tell me where my money was going! After this issue, he wonders why I didnt want to drop him more money for another visit and that's the only way he will release a refill! Find another provider! All about the money!

I don't doubt that others' had bad experiences, but mine, and there have been numerous ones, have been nothing less than pleasant and professional from the front desk personnel to Dr. Riebel.

Read the reviews and was really skeptical but I arrived early to fill out paperwork, staff was very pleasant and helpful, was called back within 5 min of my appointment time and the dr was in within maybe 10 min after that and was very pleasant and seemed genuinely interested in what I had to say and worked on a plan of care with me instead of just writing me a script and leaving.

I had an appointment today and went in 15 mins early like i was asked. Got through the preliminary registration and then waited in the waiting room, and waited and waited. after over 30 mins was met by the nurse, went to the procedure room and the table paper was not changed and was asked to sit in the chair as the nurse changed and wiped down the examination table. then more waiting and more waiting. after an hour of waiting the doctor finally came in. I asked if it was appropriate to leave your patience waiting over an hour to see him. His comment was “what you think I was doing, having coffee”? Never said sorry nothing, he then said, there are other doctors if you don’t want to see me!!! I told him you are correct and walked out, but only after stopping at the receptionist desk and gave my name and said make sure my insurance is not billed, i will be seeing another specialist that cares about their patients time.
