Just had my appointment with Dr. Bloch and had a great experience. The receptionist was extremely pleasant and courteous, Amanda was funny and helpful. Dr. Bloch is professional and personable. Sorry for those who had a different experience. My experience was great.
I am a healthcare professional with 12 years of experience in a lot of different clinical settings. The care my spouse received here was sub par. The bedside manner left a lot to be desired - especially for someone who has significant anxiety in healthcare settings (which was explicitly mentioned). I don't feel his pre-procedure medication had enough time to decrease anxiety/discomfort before they began. Some concerns about the skill and technique of the physician, as well as setting reasonable expectations for recovery time/discomfort after a somewhat complicated procedure. The lack of communication in general has been very frustrating. If compassionate relationship-based care is what you're looking for, this might not be the place for you.
I had a wonderful experience at COUG! The appointment flowed seamlessly from the check-in to check-out. The entire staff and Doctor were kind and professional, and I recieved great service as a customer and patient. I will recommend COUG with confidence to anyone in need of their services. Thank you for making an unpleasant medical experience as easy as possible!
I would not recommend dr.Cunningham. I was assisting my husband to all 3 appointments, each lasted no more than 5 min, last one was even less. Ointment that was proscribed didn’t work, my husband was told to use it anyway, and on the third appointment dr.Cunningham wanted him to see another urologist. Person at the front desk said that the other doctors office would call to schedule an appointment. ...
Extremely fast and great service!
Called to make an appointment, they answered and then proceeded to hang up
I have previously given my doctor at this practice a well-earned 5-star review. The practice itself, obviously, does not rate nearly as high. This organization is, in this geographic area and in its specialty, the proverbial "800 pound gorilla." And it comes across in that manner, especially at the initial point of contact, that being at appointment check-in. One - this "one" anyway - always appreciates a warm greeting and a smile upon checking in to a medical practice for an appointment. The same holds true for the nurse who escorts you to the exam room and carries out his or her assigned duties. COUG's staff often fails at these levels, with the reception personnel offering little more than a perfunctory greeting while handing you paperwork with monotonal instructions and questions about your insurance. Very little warmth. Very little empathy. The action and attitude of these staff members were the low point of my most recent visit. Also, the practice's patient portal is sadly lacking. On the positive side, I had a 1:45 PM appointment for a routine follow-up visit and was out of the facility by 2:00 PM.
The front desk staff was dreadful. Ridiculously expensive and i have decent insurance. Doctors seem nice
Worst place I've never been too. Dr. Patel told my son that kidney stones don't hurt that bad and made him feel as if he was exaggerating the pain from his kidney stone. He's been peeing blood for over a month. They keep rescheduling his follow up appointment and have messed up 3 appointments and my son still hasn't been able to see a doctor for the follow up to see where the kidney stone is now and they won't give him pain meds. Over a month ago they only gave him 5 Percocet and told him not to take them. Are they freaking serious??? He's been in terrible pain for over a month and they keep rescheduling and refuse to give him meds. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT PATIENTS DO NOT COME HERE FOR TREATMENT. WORST PLACE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE. They should see sued for malpractice.
Dr. Cunningham listened well to what I had to say, and answered my questions in a thoughtful manner. His professionalism and confidence were reassuring to me. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I think he’s fantastic!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
