Just had my appointment with Dr. Bloch and had a great experience. The receptionist was extremely pleasant and courteous, Amanda was funny and helpful. Dr. Bloch is professional and personable. Sorry for those who had a different experience. My experience was great.

Dr. Abaza demonstrated excellent professionalism and expertise in all aspects of my care. After receiving prostate removal surgery my PSA levels are extremely low. During post surgery recovery Dr. Abaza was personally and quickly responsive to any concern I had and his staff were organized, friendly, and professional. I would highly recommend Dr. Abaza.

With the help of Local MD in my area I was made aware of Dr Abazzas practice / I am approx 200 miles away but I am very happy I made the trip I got an appt for consult within 2 weeks / at that time I got pre opp testing and was scheduled for surgery in 2 weeks I’m 2 weeks after surgery and doen great / his practice is streamlined but very caring at the same time / I’m waiting on pathology report at this time / no matter the outcome I feel confident that I made made the right decision to go see Dr Abaza God Bless

I am a healthcare professional with 12 years of experience in a lot of different clinical settings. The care my spouse received here was sub par. The bedside manner left a lot to be desired - especially for someone who has significant anxiety in healthcare settings (which was explicitly mentioned). I don't feel his pre-procedure medication had enough time to decrease anxiety/discomfort before they began. Some concerns about the skill and technique of the physician, as well as setting reasonable expectations for recovery time/discomfort after a somewhat complicated procedure. The lack of communication in general has been very frustrating. If compassionate relationship-based care is what you're looking for, this might not be the place for you.

I had a wonderful experience at COUG! The appointment flowed seamlessly from the check-in to check-out. The entire staff and Doctor were kind and professional, and I recieved great service as a customer and patient. I will recommend COUG with confidence to anyone in need of their services. My prostate surgery could not have gone better. From the time I first visited their office till the last everyone was friendly and helpful. As someone with a mechanical engineering background, I found the 'robot' to be an amazing piece of equipment. But what was more amazing is Dr. Abaza's skill with this unit. Three (3) months post-surgery and it's like it never happened. I would recommend Dr. Abaza and his staff to anyone.

Dr. Abaza is amazing. Three months post prostate removal surgery and I'm as good as new. I am glad I followed my regular urology specialist's recommendation to go with Dr. Abaza for my surgery. Dr. Abaza's staff was friendly and professional. Would recommend this practice to anyone.

Extremely fast and great service!

I would reccomend dr abaza to anybody in need of a top notch urologist/surgeon. Dr abaza and his staff are very professional and courtious. They are very well educated and informative . They gave me the sense of security i needed to have my prostate removed. The surgery went way better than i expected and dr abaza was able to remove my prostate without doing any damage to surrounding nerve tissue. I have had a great recovery and no incontinence. My scars are barely noticable and i am cancer free. Dr abaza is a good man and they say he is the 2nd best robotic surgeon in the usa bet he is number one in my book. Hes a great guy and a great surgeon and the nurses and receptionist are wonderful. A very caring group of people. Rest assured if you need the best you will have it with dr abaza and the team he has put together. I am very greatful to have had such a great surgeon. Thanks to early detection by my dr rachel kemp dr abaza i am cancer free and making a great recovery..

The front desk staff was dreadful. Ridiculously expensive and i have decent insurance. Doctors seem nice
