The office is efficiently organized, knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Philbin was punctual, thorough with explanation using my x-rays, in discussion of treatment, involvement of time and my commitment. He was understanding but matter of fact and succinct about the surgery he could provide to alleviate my pain. Overall, it was a very good visit, clearly explaining his experienced surgical procedures, involvement, recovery time and expected outcome.
