She is NEVER timely. I always had to wait well past my appointment time to even be called back, and once in a room, you wait even longer. My past 2 appointments, at an hour past my appointment time, I was still in the waiting room. I had to ask how far behind she was as no one bothered to update me, even though I was checked in. After being told it would be another 30 mins both times (after having already been there 1 hr 15 first try, and 1 hr second try) I cancelled and left. When I have been able to see her, I feel like she is always typing while I talk, not really looking at me or discussing my concerns. She listens and types, but there's not much dialog. At some early appointments she would say we'd follow up on doing some tests in a couple months, but those tests were never ordered. She and her staff do not reply to MyChart messages, and the indicator shows they weren't even read, even though they ask you to communicate that way.

The biggest issue I had with her, is that throughout the whole appointment she brought up changing my medications that I have been on for years and work extremely well! I kept telling her I was happy with my meds but it was like she didn’t even hear me? She kept insisting that since I marked some depression symptoms I experience that apparently my mood stabilizer isn’t doing anything. I mean come on. I was directly telling her in NO uncertain terms that I do not want to change my meds and that they in fact have done WONDERS. She got so caught up on the labels of my disorders and forms that she didn’t listen to the patient right in front of her. As I was leaving she *yet again* said something along the lines of ‘We will figure out the med change at your next appointment!’ I again said ‘I am not looking to change meds’ and she just ignored me. Hands down one of the worst experiences with a doctor. It felt like I was annoying her and like she straight up didn’t like me :(

Very rude to elderly needs to talk to the pt . Has a tendency to not give respect to elderly patients. I think she is thorough but the human element in caring is not there.

Moved to Columbus in 2025, and have been a patient of Dr. Bartman since. She is wonderful. Very educated, smart, up to date, thorough, caring, efficient, dedicated and explowell. She really cares. She’s been a great Dr. to my husband and I both. We strongly recommend her!

She is very thorough, spends whatever time is needed with you. This past year we have had some serious health issues. We are pleased that Dr. Bartman is on top of all the issues we have and truly cares!

DR. Bartman may be all business during her appointments but she is an excellent doctor that truely cares about her paitents well being.

Needs to learn how to talk to elderly patients. Excellent dr but needs to work on respect to the elderly. Her manner is to hurried and doesnt take time with the patients that are elderly. Also wait time is awful!
