DR. BANKSTON WAS VERY. PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE, COMPASSIONATE.........THE DOCTOR MADE CERTAIN ALL MY CONCERNS WERE ADDRESSED AND HER EXPLANATIONS UNDERSTOOD. I AM VERY UNFORTUNATE TO HAVE BEEN DIRECTED TO HER AND HER STAFF.........MY ORIGINAL PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN MOVED OUT OF STATE AND GAVE ME LESS THAN 15 DAYS TO FIND ANOTHER........I FEEL BLESSED TO HAVE FOUND DR. BANKSTON.

I am so happy with Dr Bankston. I recently had to change doctors and decided to start seeing Dr Bankston. I am so happy I did. She is wonderful. She takes the time to really listen to my concerns. She seems to truly care about my well-being. I have never had any problems getting in to see her. If she is not available, she has colleagues in the office that can see you. She is working with me long term to help me lose weight. She also responds to My Chart e-mails quickly.

She started out as a great doctor, said she had no problem writing for a med for me. I call to get the medicine refilled and all of a sudden she "doesn't feel comfortable filling it again." Also won't call in a prescription for me when I had a serious infection, even though I'm in a wheelchair, my husband works 2 jobs now and I can't get transportation from where we live to her office and I am unable to drive due to being in a wheelchair since birth. She is AWFUL.
