Dr. Hanna has always taken the time to answer questions and explain things to me. Usually her response times through MyChart are reasonably fast (sometimes even the same day). She is very kind and I feel confident in her care.

She is probably the laziest doctor I've ever seen, her nurse is extremely rude, if you tried to call them or communicate with them through my chart or by phone oh, they say it can fake take the 3 days to get a response which means it will only take you a week to hear back from them because she only works three and a half days a week, I highly do not recommend this place.

She is probably one of the laziest Dr I've seen in my life, her nurse is extremely rude, when you try to contact them by phone or through my chart they say their response can take up to three days, but she only works three and a half days a week so you may wait a week before they even get back to you oh, their solution is if something's real pressing go to the ER or urgent care where it cost you a lot more out of your pocket instead of them doing their jobs, I do not recommend this place to anyone unless you enjoy being treated like crap.

Dr. Hanna herself seem to be knowledgeable, but her nurse assistant is rude, they do not communicate with you on issues and they're very smug about everything when you call them, if you like being treated like crap then I suggest you get an appointment with her
