Didn’t communicate to the surgeon or my father that doing the pacemaker battery replacement surgery would do more harm than good for someone in her condition. She is under hospice care with severe dementia and very weak and unable to walk. Very frustrated that we took my mother to the hospital and hooked her up to an iv. It was traumatic for her. Then the surgeon refused to do the surgery saying that infection would be likely in her case and likely cause more harm than good. I think dr nathan should have known this.

My father has been extremely ill in his last days on this side of eternity and Dr. Nathan has been a blessing! When I called him for advice he took time with me and was very kind! So appreciated at this extremely difficult time for our family!

I see a different Dr in this practice in their Sycamore office . I love the Dr but the staff is rude when you call. Every time I call it is always at least a 15 minute hold, the last time it was 25 minutes, no apology for my wait time and short with you when you ask any questions. You cant leave a standard message after hours so they can call you when they have time. They have made several paperwork errors which required more long (wait) phone calls. Great Doctors in this practice but their office staff is terrible! They act like the patients time is not important! It is very hard to be put on hold for 15-25 every time you call especially when you are at work . back office staff is very good, very friendly and prompt.

The doctor is arrogant and belittles his staff and nurses in general to my witness in the hospital and in his office. He talks down to the families if they disagree with him.

Spends time with you - doesn't rush you. He gives viable alternatives and is understanding - doesn't just say, "lose weight." That's not helpful. He is super busy, yet takes the time to listen. The only issue I had was some misinformation from his staff about billing. It was later cleared up, but only after many calls.

Works too hard. He is everywhere in and out side of the city of dayton helpiing all that he can.

Dr Nathan placed 9 D E S stents in my arteries. He is an awesome doc. My only complaint is financial. I did not have insurance and the office staff refused to schedule me a follow up appt. unless I had 50.00 cash. Not even one visit post procedure was allowed. After I obtained a medical card,the staff said they would welcome me with open arms. No Thanks. I did see the doc one time after. I had to move on to another doc though.

Dr. Nathan is a wonderful Doctor he is a credit to his Specialty. I wish we had more Doctors like him.
