If I could give zero stars, I would. Not only did they neglect my father's needs when he was there for a little over a month, he also required a hospital stay due to their negligence. Please do not send your loved ones to this facility.

If you care about your loved one, DO NOT put them in this facility!!! Way under staffed, serve their residents cold food, they will be lucky to be changed and showered! No one knows what the other is doing here. Resident doctor only once a week and does not see all patients every week. Staff is usually outside smoking when room lights are going off, so if you wait an hour, just go out to smoking area to find help. IF YOU ASK ANYONE WHATS BEEN GOING ON WITH YOUR LOVED ONE...THE ANSWER IS ALWAYS...."I DONT KNOW"!!! There are a few aides who are very caring about the patients and residents but are not there full time. You would be better to keep them at home. Since this is supposed to be the best facility in Xenia...go elsewhere!
