I don't think he even goes to this office. If I passed him on the street I wouldn't even know it. And that is after being a patient there for 3 yrs. I'm done with this office!
Most amazing office I’ve ever been to!Even the urgent care is quick and efficient!Absolutely a life long patient now!
You build trust in a doctor so it's no easy decision to leave one you've been with at least 30 years. That's what we did and are so glad. Dr. Beistel is knowledgeable on current meds, thinks outside the box, and stays up to date by working PT in a busy emergency room. I ran into a nurse-friend who said she loved working ER with him b/c he always finds things other doctors miss, and she learned something new all the time. His PA, Rachel, is as awesome as he is.
I don't know why we have specialist, when we have Doc Beistel. Doc has helped me more then any other doctor I have. Thank You Bunches !!
Dr Beistel is one of the most knowledgeable physicians I’ve ever known. He genuinely cares about his patients and their well being. He takes the time to answer questions and doesn’t rush patients through like cattle. I would recommend him to anyone.
My motherinlaw who lives with me and my wife goes here! She was told she needed a additional sugar med but it's been a week since her visit and she is still waiting on the pharmacy to receive a prescription from this office! No one will answer the phone here ,it is all done with "leave a message" and apparently if they office feels the need, they may or may not return your call !
You could not ask or find a nicer place.EVERYONE THERE IS GREAT. Very caring and compasoniate. I trust my life with each and everyone of them.very CLEAN.fast and very thorough. You feel more like family then a doctor's office. But everyone needs to remember if there is ever a wait,it's because someone ahead of you needs a little more time with the Doctor. They WILL NOT and Do NOT,RUSH YOU THROUGH LIKE CATTLE. ...Remember you get what you give..they are human just like us.SO PLEASE TREAT THEM ALL AS SUCH...I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. ....AAAAA+++++
Dr. Beistal and his staff are wonderful.. he listens and talks with you. Even my daughter travels from Cleveland to see him. I feel very lucky to have a doctor and staff so close to home.
Is always in a rush and never follows up. Never seems to have time to actually listen and spend time with each patient. Try's to rush you out every visit, prescribes stuff like albuterol for a neb machine when you don't even have a machine. Had to take daughter to er to get referral for specialist after multiple visits for the same thing and kept getting told the it was the same thing. Er confirmed it clearly wasn't what was being told to me. I have had to take my my kids to the er multiple times because the docter visit wasn't working. He Wants to blow everything off as kids making excuses and adults as addicts. Seems like he has an opinion on people in general rather then treating the symptoms as they should be it's always prescribing more medicine to cover the symptoms. Better with adults then kids for sure, but unless you can do your own research on what to do or don't have questions not a good choice because you will be rushed out. Very nice guy but that isn't enough for my family so we had to switch.
The worst doctor I have ever been to. He has his hand on the door to leave room as soon as he enters it. He never wants to talk about more than 1 problem at a time. He had my test results on desk for over a month and never read them until I ended up in the hospital. Looking for a new doctor as I write this

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
