Dr Stefancin takes his time to explain everything, answer all questions you may have and is kind and compassionate in his care. I have been an RN for 41 years and have not only taken care of some of his patients during my career but am a patient of his myself!

I have had both hips replaced by Dr. Stefancin. His knowledge, professionalism, bed side manner and joint replacement talent is beyond excellent! He is also a very caring Doc. You will ,most likely, always have to wait past your scheduled appointment time, but you don’t mind because you know he is just giving other patients the same care that he gives to you. No question is stupid...he will always take his time and explain things to you. One excellent Doc. We are blessed to have him here in Mahoning county.

First time coming to see him was in fact today.... my appointment was at 2:45( and yes i did Come early to fill out paperwork @2:25) and it was PAST 4:30 when he FINALLY came in the room to see me! Long wait time. Very very irritated and annoyed. This star rating is based on my wait time..... the staff and everything else was great.

Dr Stefancin has performed 3 surgeries on my husband. We are very confident in him and the surgeries he has performed. He is very detailed in his preparation and explaining what he will do. He also is very pleasant and has wonderful bedside manner. He also has been very good with follow up appointments, along with his staff.

Dr. Stefancin repaired my right rotator cuff and my pectoral sternum tendon. He also reattached my pectoral clavicle tendon. As in his prior surgeries performed on me, all went extremely well. In eight to 12 weeks, I plan to have Dr. Stefancin replace my left knee.

Dr. Stefancin did a wonderful job on my surgery, doing what other doctors said could not be done. He also actually asked me, since part of the surgery included thinking outside the box, if I had any regrets. I have never had a doctor care about how I felt about what was done. He also explains everything!
