Doctor and medical people are great. However the clerical and administrative staff are the laziest, most unprofessional people you will ever find. It's all thanks to the Mercy monopoly that these incompetent people can keep their jobs where otherwise they would be canned immediately.

I’ve been going to Dr. Ricciardi since the early 90’s and I wouldn’t go to anyone else. He remembers everything about me and takes the time to listen to everything I need to tell him. When my husband was looking for a new doctor Dr. Ricciardi wasn’t taking new patients at the time but he made an exception and took him as a new patient. My husband was very sick at the time and he was in great need of a doctor. I would recommend Dr. Ricciardi to anyone.

When I first came to him in the 90s, he was a Godsend. He cured a condition I'd had for three years with one prescription. As time went on, he became more dismissive and arrogant and rushed our appointments ...when I wasn't pawned off to one of his associates that is. And he grossly overbooks. You could sit in his lobby for hours at times (sometimes they forget to call you at all).

Very pleased with all my personal office visits. I find the doctor to be intelligent , informative ,attentive to your needs, and very easy to get along with. I found the staff in the office to be courteous, friendly and helpful.

This man has a problem communicating. He says one thing, then does another. Doesn't follow up on something critical like lab tests that may put your life in danger.
