Very lucky to have as good of a Doctor in Ada. I almost don't want to leave her a good review because I don't want her to ever leave Ada. Dealing with doctors, staff, pharmacist and insurance for me creates a brain fog of extra tasks that became a barrier to health. This does not happen for the first time in my life with DrCook's direct care practice. She is multi-faceted in her expertise in a way that follows and can prescribe in a variety of health fields. Besides long-term care she is available for quick sick/concern appointments. My favorite doc

Hands down Best around.. She takes time with her patients explains thoroughly and finds the problem her knowledge of medicine is amazing very responsive to any questions you may have I recommend her ?? Great atmosphere

Dr. Cook has a wealth of knowledge and experience and cares about her patients. She is readily accessible; I don't have to wait a long time for a reply to a question or to get an appointment. She is kind and communicates well. I am so glad that she opened her own office.

Dr. Cook has been my doctor for years and has been wonderful. She cares a lot about her patients and is always trying to fit me in to her schedule. However, the staff is sometimes lacking. I called last week because my pharmacy said the doctor declined my refill of medicine that I can't just stop taking. I called Dr. Cook's office and was told they never heard from the pharmacy and would give them a call. I ran out of my meds last night and went to the pharmacy to pick them up. They said they never heard from the doctor and would fax over a request. I called Dr Cook's office to see what was going on and was told I would need an appointment for a refill. Which makes sense, but I don't know why they said they would call the pharmacy last week when apparently I needed an appointment. So i asked when the soonest appointment is, since I need my medication, and was told "the end of november". We talked for a bit longer and they still said they couldn't get me in. So now I'm out of luck and medication.

They treat my mother with respect and they're kind. That goes a long way with me.

She does not guide you where you need to go . And will not help with medication . She sent me a hour and a half on what I call a wild goose chase . I wouldn't even give her 1 star if I did not have to . Terrible experience with her . I now have another primary. He cares.
