Not a fan of the front desk, or reception. Cant EVER get anyone to answer, and always get a recording saying they are closed, but the recording states their open till 5:30, as I am calling at 4:15. Frustrating and unorganized for sure.

After dealing with many incompetent doctors about the same issue for several years, I was finally blessed with finding Dr. Diacon. Instead of wasting time back-tracking through all the tests that had been performed a dozen times before, he used the most recent data, scans in my file, and actually LISTENED to me. Within a month he got me the surgery and spared nothing that I needed to make a solid recovery.

Do not recommend using him, anytime you need to get a lab done its always wrong, his staff is utterly incompetent and you end up doing their job because it's the only way to get anything scheduled correctly. Him and his staff is rude and uncaring, I literally had one of his staff members tell me, after they scheduled the wrong blood work, that at least I'm meeting my deductible for the year. Just all around not worth going too.

My husband got really sick in the night so I took him to Holdenville Hosptial knowing we would be shipped out to another hospital and we was we went to Mercy in OKC the doctors was really good. We stay from Wednesday to Sunday then went back to Okc again a month later. I told my husband never again when Dr. Diacon is in Ada and he sees him some time. I canceled all his appointment in OKC and started seeing Dr. Diacon on a regular basis he has helped my husband so much and he cares about his patients and wellbeing. We are so lucky to have a doctor like him in Ada Oklahoma

Over a two year period, 6 individual doctors in many appointments (with examinations, treatments, scans, etc.), at least 1 group of doctors when I was hospitalized and more than several emergency room doctors, misdiagnosed or could not diagnose my illness. I was in constant hellish nerve pain with infections. It was difficult to obtain pain meds due to opioid issues in the U.S. I was slowly and painfully dying. Then I met with Dr. Diacon. Within 10 minutes, he correctly diagnosed my illness (rightfully, he questioned the quality of examinations of previous doctors shown in my file). He performed my needed surgery. I am no longer in pain. No more infections. I am 100% cured. Dr. Diacon saved my life.
