We find him very concerned about any problems you might have. And is always ready to discuss any of them with you. With the Covid virus a major concern, they have scheduled a Telehealth with Dr. Sherlag as opposed to having to go to his office. Always seemed to be in a hurry. Felt he didn't show enough care for me. Poor communicator.

They say the average wait time is 15 minutes, but the last two times I’ve been here, the wait time in the lobby has been 45 minutes to one hour...then the wait in the room. But, if you are 15 minutes late to your appt, they reschedule. 😖

I saw Dr Metcalf. He was very personable. His staff, from the receptionist to his assistant were friendly, and helpful. I am going to trust these people withn my heart.

Rude, rude, rude. Denied me the right to make my own choices once I was in the hospital. Forced me to endure the most horrific pain, with no medication. Did not diagnose 3 major cardiovascular problems. This man should never be allowed to touch patients. I suffer every day due to the memories of his inhumane treatment. My life will never be the same. His "treatment" was no less than a horrific and unneseccary assault on my body. I will never feel safe again. Nightmares, flashbacks, PTSD.
