We live locally. 2 months ago the VA sent us to this place for my veteran husband to be seen and get an x-ray. When we arrived we were the only patients in the entire lobby waiting area. The lady at the front desk asked why we were there. I informed her what I just wrote and she stated " We don't take outside orders from anybody. He will have to be seen and we'll see if he needs any tests". As a retired nurse with 40 plus years of nursing experience I understand how this all works. After a short wait we were taken to an exam room. The next person to come in repeated the same thing the front desk lady said to us. After a brief lecture from her we were once again left alone in the room. Finally, a PA came into the room (I don't remember her name) but she gave us the same small lecture we got from the front desk and the second lady that came in the room. I am not sure what these people have against the VA. My husband who has many health issues, and is 74 years old, was getting very frustrated and wanted to leave. When I informed the lady we were leaving only then did she finally say, "We'll do an x-ray". My husband said he was ready to go...so we left. By this time an hour had gone by and the lobby was completely full of people. We left and I took him to PrairieStar, where he was seen and the people were excellent. Lastly, I informed his VA medical team asking that they never send us there ever again.

Took my son in because he was complaining on sharp pain in his ear. All they did was swab him for Covid flu & strep when he came back negative they barely even looked & said he was fine that it wasn’t even red. She was super rude about it too like is she trying to say my 6 year old son is lying & crying about his ear hurting for no reason do not go there they didn’t even give him anything for it. Go elsewhere & save your time

Wonderful and very knowledgeable and compassionate staff. Treated my daughter quickly for her first visit there. We will be sticking with this place for our urgent care future needs.

went once to get tested for strep. i was the second patient inside the building after they opened and it took them two hours to call me back. will not return.

I'm not paying $167 for a "nurse" to, quite literally, walk in the office room, not even look near me, explain why my eye "looks fine," and leave.

I have been here many times and my whole family has been seen by this location and have never once had a bad experience. I’ve always gotten in and out quickly with the most thorough and kind care

I took my college daughter when she came home to Xpress Wellness, Weatherford, OK. Amazing, from the check in, to the sweet nurse who checked her vitals followed by the thoroughness of the nurse practitioner. Great job! Thank you also for being open on Sunday. This mama appreciates you.

Friendly staff, waiting time wasn't bad, got in and had x-ray done,saw the Dr and left in under 45 mins.

dropped in to Muskogee, north office to schedule a follow up visit to close out a work related injury. the receptionist, we will call her Shaniqua, being the ray of sunshine that she is, ask me to have a seat while she needed to look it up. 35 minutes later I go to desk to find out that she never scheduled an appointment, that she put me on the walk in wait list. I don't think she understands what "schedule an appointment" means. I already do not like "wellness clinics" because they're a joke but seriously......
