Don’t believe the reviews. I had a 9:00am appointment, arrived at 8;45, ask if the Doctor Dawood was on time and received a yes answer. Waited until 9:35 still had not seen the doctor and had to leave. After explaining to staff i had to leave due to other obligations, the staff was very rude and unprofessional. I have been a patient of Dr Dawood for years, but his Office staff has declined to a point where it’s time to find another physician.

Love Dr. Dawod. He listens to me and he will figure out what the problem is and how to fix it. Won't see anyone else but him. Staff is super nice.

His nurse does NOT wear gloves to draw blood. We had a big argument over this when I asked if she was going to put on gloves and she directly said, "Oh I never wear gloves". Getting an actual appointment with him is near impossible. It's always his PA who should be retired instead of trying to prance around pretending she knows everything.

Dr. Dawod is professional, thorough, and compassionate. I have had him for many years and could not be happier, I refer patients routinely to this practice. He is the only Physician that has hours for those of us that work 8am - 8 pm M-Th 8am- 6pm Fri. Returns calls and follows up on all conditions chronic or acute. He takes responsibility for his patients, seeing them rather than just diverting them to the ER, saving his patients money as well as the insurance costs. He is also bilingual.

02/18/2019, walk in, always tries to send you to a PA, I want a Doctor not a PA. They collect co-pays ASAP on arrival, then they state 2 years ago you have a balance of $$, why 2 years. Not a family customer service Doctor Office!
