I heard that he doesn't push meds on you that you dont need, big part of the reason I went to him. He also doesn't want to push meds that you do need that will help you. He recommends you to specialists but then goes against their recommendations. He's really good with men, but when it comes to womens health needs he's not as good.

Dr Root takes the time to make sure all questions are answered and genuinely seems to care. We have no complaints.

We just moved to the area and changed to Dr Root. On our first visit, he diagnosed a thyroid condition that our previous doctor had overlooked for 3 years. He took time to explain things and listened to our concerns. Very personable.. I'm glad we changed to Dr Root!
