He gave me the wrong medicine 2 times and I nearly committed suicide because the medicine depressed me for 7 days and I had to stop taking it. How do you trust someone who does not listen to their patients.

First of all the things it says above that he treats, most of it he DOES NOT! He is constantly trying to take a person off all medicine that he thinks is wrong. And he also puts/says his opinion about things he should not! He always says one thing and does another.

The Office Staff apparently has never had to deal with a patient with PTSD. With their actions today, I hope to never have to deal with these two ignorant idiots again. Maybe some training in PTSD would be in order, As well as some diversity training. These two had me mad out of my mind. I really do not know why they are even employed as the staff. I am quite sure that more compassionate staff could be found without too much looking. I will continue to see Dr. Tran. Great Doctor.

He allowed Dr. Glasgow to perform an UNCONSENTED MAJOR ABDOMINAL OPERATION on Me...he discharged me waaay too soon & then abandon me. I was able to ask him if he knew dr glasgow was going to ruin my health like he did...responded no but he didn't try to help me & I was immediately discharged. The entire right side of my colon collapsed/torn away from the right side of the abdominal cavity, has a kink at the splenic flexure & a severe narowing in the sigmoid region, food struggles to pass thru & I am writhing in pain, throwing up at the same time. My digestive tract is so messed up that I cannot go to the bathroom like the average person. I must take laxatives or else I will not go to the bathroom.

I feel sorry for any Veteran that unknowingly chooses the Altus VA Clinic. They admitingly are untrained and unaware of procedures. Favorite and only answer is "Oh, the VA won't pay for that" and "The VA will not do that for you" They don't ask VA how do get patients to correct dept. just again Admittingly GUESS. I am meeting with Head of Medicine at VA in Ok City to discuss further training for these Altus Dr's that are representing themselves as a "Go To Guy" for our American Hero's and are clueless to how to help them! So frustrating. You are the DR...don't ask me how my issue can be resolved..use your PHD and figure it out!

Typical recommendation is "go home, feel better.". His new nurse is rude and routinely rolls her eyes at patients. Too lackidasical to be an effective doctor.
