I went to Dr. Rivera for years she was not helpful in addressing my worries and did not explain things well. I brought my husband to an appointment and she was very put out and unkind to him. She also refuses to consult even with HER nurse practitioner working under her unless you come in for yet another expensive visit after a long wait to get in.

She was horrible to me. She was very aggressive and arrogant in order to push her opinion on me which she did not bother taking time to discuss or explain. In my opinion she is manipulative as I'm sure she can be very charming when it suits. Her way is the only way in her book.

Dr. Rivera was very helpfull and made me feel at ease. She took the time to listen to me and made an effort to get to know my history and personal preferences when it came to treatment. Excellent bedside manners.
