Bsa Hospital's Online Review Report Card

This hospital is amazing after collapsing and nearly dieing of stage 4 ovarian cancer, BSA and their case manager Roseanne, Esther helped me alot, the nurses were all amazing, BSA has beautiful nurses. It is the best hospital in the world where they do whatever it takes to help their patients. I was due to die last year was given 1 month and 3 weeks to live. Because of this hospital I'm alive! I lost my income but I applied for help. So I. can get my surgery. After my surgery the staff were amazing they took care of me and they were very kind. The RCA team has alot of very helpful people I don't know what I would have done without their help. Dr. J Kilgore Oncologist is a real gem BSA is very lucky to have a wonderful doctor like him. Dr. J. Kilgore performed my life saving surgery skillfully with no complications easily and I'm doing just fine thankful I have more time my daughter no longer cries. because I was as good as dead, I was told that I was dead meat. Anyway to the nurses and aids that kept me clean when I was unconscious and the ones that picked me up off the floor & especially the cancer foundation Gainer & Maribelle if not for the foundation I would've died on the street like a animal.BSA saved my life! Waited with a very sick husband for 6 hours in ER waiting room. Finally, he got an IV but nothing for pain except 2 Rx to get the following day and was sent home. Unbelievable! The last time he had this he was hospitalized for 5 days!

4th floor nurses were the best I've ever seen. My Doctor's we're fantastic. The recovery Nurse was uncaring. My pain from surgery was real and the recovery Nurse treated me as if I was there just to get drugs to get high. I told her I've been taking Morphine for 18 years due to chronic back pain. She told me I should think about quitting morphine cause it could be habit forming. She left me to suffer and I've suffered enough. My 4th floor nurse saved my life because I was suicidal from the pain and she was able to talk me out of it this time. She's just not here now. I love Eddie in pre-registration !!! He helped me so much and was patient and kind. We need more people with excellent customer service skills like him. I appreciate him going over everything and making sure I understand everything prior to my surgery.

The care was exceptional including Doctors, nurses StaffVery professional kept myself with progress.

Everyone at this hospital took great care of my wife. She came in for surgery. Stayed a night in ICU, then transferred to the 8th floor. We have our baby delivered here. They took excellent care of both my wife and the newborn. The staff is very kind and friendly. Their Nurses are the best!! Especially Kristy! Emergency room doctor, Dr. Todd, treated me so horrible that he triggered Lupus! Also, he has no idea how long Hep A lasts! FYI, it lasts 6 weeks not 2. The health dept. was involved! He told me I wasn't allergic to Tylenol. That's because he is smarter than a doctor of internal medicine! I can't wait for the hospital to be sued!

The wait was ridiculous. No way every single room was occupied. The staff was very rude and unprofessional. The lobby was not kept. I do understand that things can get overwhelming but you have to remember you chose this field. So to be rude and not have any manners maybe it's not your calling. Previously, my wife and I had a negative review, but we were able to discuss with the hospital and feel much better. Additionally, this hospital is excellent for pregnancy and baby healthcare. We have been so very lucky to be here and have the kind of help and care this hospital gives.
