Dr. sofola performed a saturated biopsy. It was effortless for me. He explained everything. Afterwards little to no pain. Healed fast. Only problem is the waiting time for scheduled appointments.

Horrible to make appointments with. Over books people & makes them wait hours. Did not Follow up after surgery. Always running hours behind with no regard for people's time.

My husband had to have surgery because of a serious serious infection. Because of that he had to be left open in 2 places on his pelvis and scrotum which has to be packed so it can drain. The hole in his scrotum is a big bigger around then a quarter. He is still in very severe pain due to the gaping holes. So today is his first appointment. Mind you my husband cannot SIT for even short periods because of the pain. So I told the lady at the deak with the braces about his open holes and how painful it is for him to sit and I just wanted to know if he would have to wait much longer and she VERY rudely informed me that it was gonna be "a while". This is ridiculous to leave a patient in severe pain with open wounds to sit out in the waiting room for so long past the appointment time. Oh and they had already rescheduled once on top of this. I am not happy at all.

I really liked Doctor Sofola and believe he is a good and knowledgable doctor. On the other hand, the ardmore office managment/staff in my opinion leaves much to be desired. Most of the time appointments run very far behind scheduled times and routinely involve extended waits in the outer office waiting room. Nonetheless,if an appointment is missed the "policy" is to charge the patient a $25 no show fee.

Not many doctors around would come in on a holiday weekend and perform a procedure. He has a wonderful bedside manner. I just wish we had more doctors in the Ardmore area that were like Dr Sofola.

i would not recommend sofola to anybody. my appointments were canceled 3 diff times and when he didnt cancel i had to wait over an hour in waiting room every time. in both visits that didnt get cancelled nothing was accomplished except me giving my copay. a complete waste of time
