I am not sure if they were all having an "off" day or not. But my first appt was very disappointing. The doctor never did come in to see me and mind you, he was sitting right outside the room chatting with the girls at the nurse's station. I guess he felt he didn't want to see any more patients that day. It was only 1pm. Especially after NP Jodi saw I had a prolapsed bladder and I have IC BPS. I would have thought at that point the doctor would have at least come in even for 5 min. Jodi said she wanted to have a CT done and I have called several times now in the last week and the imaging center still does not have the request. Funny that my regular doc called in to have an ultrasound done (different issue) and the imaging center called me the very next day. So, it's not them. I even called Dr. Sofolo's office to inform them nothing had been received by the imaging center and I got a message back that they had called it in and for me to call the imaging center. Well, I did call, twice.

After having another physician lacerate my bladder in three places almost three years ago, dr Sofola operated on me today. He has been very professional. Amazing bed side manner. Very attentive and listened. He explained everything to my husband after surgery and included him. Very greatful for this man.

If u have to have a surgery u call and they tell u they call u back that was over 2 mouth ago as of know I have someone take my cland out in okc and we are moving to that doctor so don't go here at all and will never be back

So far he has been super, very intelligent and takes time to answer and listen to us. Very pleased with his overall mannerism.

Malpractice and conartists. They did not inform my husband that they left a stent in his kidney after a kidney stone removal procedure. They then informed me that at the follow up, they'd planned on telling him it was inside of him, and that they were (and still are going to) charge a whole entire new bill to get it removed. Now he is stuck with a stent inside, that is causing internal bleeding and infection, unless we come up with $500+. They will not remove it otherwise. Unbelievable. We are suing.

I called this office after calling 20 other urologist for them to tell me either they didn’t take my insurance or weren’t taking new patients or they didn’t have any openings. I had a 5mm stone that I was in pain from. I was able to call and go in the same day. I was hurting so bad that they ended up giving me some pain meds. The doctor was very friendly and explained to me what my options were. I will definitely be going back to this office just because they were all caring. The office was clean and it didn’t stink of air freshener like a review said.
