Dr. Effiong is incredible. Not only has she taken great care of my son's health, but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. Dr. Effiong is Amazing ! she is wonderful and supportive with and my newborn during my son's first ever health exam. She explained everything to me in a very clear manner. She was also kind and friendly. She diagnosed me with PPD, and recommended helpful managemet options. She was very supportive during a very stressful time in me and my newborn's life. She also very helpful and truly caring. She always treat me with tender loving care. Because she really does care.”

Dr. Effiong is a patient, thoughtful provider. She is warm, friendly and has a great way with children. My little one always looks forward to her doctors visits! She is never in a rush and always gives wonderful advice. I know I can call her anytime and she will go above and beyond. She's the best. Highly recommend her.

She is one of the worst pediatrician I have ever been to. Everytime I brought my daughter in she tried to shove formula down my throat. I was successfully breast feeding and she was threatening to diagnosis my daughter with failure to thrive even though she was gaining weight at a steady pace. I advocated for what was best for my daughter (breast feeding) for 6 months then I switched peds. My daughter's new pediatrician looked at me (90lbs soaking wet) then looked at my daughter's small frame and said your small and she's small so it must be genetics. If you want to breast feed and not give this girl formula then I am all for that. I would not recommend Dr. Effiong to anyone who doesnt want to use formula or who's child doesn't fit the very specific mold of how a child should grow.
