My husband had an video visit with Dr. Lalani for anxiety, depression and insomnia. After months and weeks of battling the issue which has been reoccurring for years- and after not having health insurance for the last 8 months we paid cash for a walk in clinic. Dr. Lalani was not compassionate or understanding and sent my husband home with one prescription that did absolutely nothing, and a antibiotic for a fever. As a registered nurse I was extremely disappointed in then quality of care given and willingness of Dr. Lalani to treat the symptoms as they were provided. My husband had no signs of an infection and never took the antibiotics, and the Anxiolytic he was prescribed hasn’t aided in help with acute anxiety, depression or insomnia.
