Ignite Medical Resort Adams Parc - Bartlesville's Online Review Report Card

My sister was sent to Ignite Medical Resort Adams Parc for rehab from hospital with Covid and a massive stroke causing her to be paralyzed and unable to speak and I am so glad she was sent there as everyone I spoke to about her condition was so caring and were great about calling me on updates with any change In her condition. They are a wonderful Place and I would highly recommend them for care. My sister is still receiving treatment as she is still covid positive but is finally able to speak some and I feel hopeful she will recover with their excellent staff and caring nurses and physical therapists.them for

Well I’m not sure where to start, Except to tell you what an absolutely outstanding place Ignite medical resort in Bartlesville Oklahoma is.I have been a guest here going on four weeks now.I have been treated with absolute respect, dignity And such attentiveness By all the staff which includes all nursing ,office personnel, Housekeeping and dietary staff. I will tell you I could not move the left side of my body when I got here I am walking with the help of a walker now they have a absolutely wonderful therapy staff . I would highly recommend ignite medical resort to all who may need such wonderful care as I have received.

This place is wonderful! They took such great care of my mom after her surgery. Everyone was so friendly and always had smiles on their faces. She received the best therapy and is now back to doing everything she did before, including navigating her 3 story house! Housekeeping kept everything so clean and she loved talking with the girls who cleaned her room. Thank you for everything, you guys are the best!

My husband spent 45 days at Adams Parc in Bartlesville after being in the hospital 25 days. They were one of the few rehab facilities that had on-staff respiratory therapists, physical therapists, and occupational therapists and they worked with him nearly every day. He said it was clean and they were so good to him. I highly recommend Adams Parc in Bartlesville.

Our CNAs, Culinary team, Environmental services, Nurses, Therapists, and Hospitality team all have many wonderful abilities, but the most important trait is that they CARE! I’ve seen nurses cry happy tears during “fond farewells”. I’ve seen therapists applaud over the smallest sign of progress. As much as we strive for excellence, we sometimes fall short. I encourage each guest and family member to communicate their concerns and give us the opportunity to shine. We want the very best outcome for each guest. Mom has nothing but wonderful things to say about the staff who cared for her during her stay to recover from COVID. Taylor & James, with hospitality, made every effort to assure mom was able to see and connect with her family. Mom loved everyone-Dale, the transportation driver, the nurse aids, nurses, PT & OT, food service staff all contributed to a successful recovery for her. A heartfelt thank you to all the Ignite staff who worked so hard to help her return home. She is very happy!

I had a great stay at Ignite. Kacy and Jessica were great in helping me rehabilitate. The nurses on 400 and 500 wing were great also. On wing 400 the nurses taught me how to give myself shots for my diabetes. I would recommend Ignite.

Ignite is an amazing facility. They have the best therapist, Nursing, hospitality, admissions and discharge team. The food from dietary is very good, Housekeeping keeps the rooms and building very clean. The transportation department is always on the go picking up or dropping off guest, making sure they get to dr apt, home or to our the facility safe.The management staff have an open door policy and are always willing to help. Hear ye! Hear ye! Come to the greatest VIP “Ignite” that has the best and friendliest personnel. They even have lights with music which makes everything more fun. Chris Vaughn knows how to put you at ease even when you are making mistakes. He excels in everything he does and is a good therapist. They also have VIP equipment with great results which is what a person needs.
