Elias Ntsoane's Online Review Report Card

Excellent, I’ve been a patient of Dr. Ntsoane for several years, probably 10 to 15 years. He’s always been attentive, thorough, kind with a welcoming attitude. I’ve never seen any of the things that a one star review describes. Never. My wife, now deceased, was a patient of his partner Dr Udonta. So my experience with these Neurologists includes my visit to the office with her. Everything is professional and thorough. I highly recommend them to him all that read this review. John Cooper.

I’m an RN and have dealt with Physicians providing care to patients as well I see him as a patient being treated for chronic severe migraines. He also sees my husband and is treating him for multiple disease processes but age specific dementia is one . He’s highly patient with my husbands frustration with loss of memory at times, anger at his body aging and burst of inappropriate anger at times . He never rushes him or fusses at his rants about insurance or how elderly are treated by insurance🤦🏻‍♀️. Rather he calmly redirects him to options that he can take to try to improve things. He also might simply change the subject to ask but is the medication improving or do feel it’s not helping? He then works with my medication trying to help me adjust it based on stress, seasonality , as well as other triggers that effect migraines . We’ve been very pleased with his knowledge base and calm demeanor . No person will ever please everyone 100%. Because we all have different personality traits or styles. But this Dr is one I’d find it difficult to not like and respect his ability to provide my family or myself care. But my family and I do not see in color , sex or cultural ! What we see and what I’ve always have been taught to see is the person’s knowledge and how they treat me with respect in return. So I’m only stating this because I’d state it at the end of whatever gender or nationalality a person I was evaluating might be. The person could be any from Caucasian through an individual from another country gracious enough to practice in our area! Because our Dr are retiring at an alarming rate and we aren’t seeing the equal numbers of new Dr moving in to replace those retiring! That’s another reason I’m taking my time to rate an excellent Dr when I know I have one in the area. As we get older , sometimes we can tend to be less flexible and have more expectations or should I say remember the good old days to be a lot better than they actually were. Yes we had good Dr and could get in the offices a bit easier But we forgot that we brought our lunch at sat there many many hours waiting. Because remember many times there were so many people in the waiting rooms that you’d stand up till a person would be called back . Then you’d shift and then you’d finally get to one of the 10 rooms. There weren’t any NP then so the poor Dr saw everyone. But your mom did everything to keep from taking you because you had to pay or some would let you charge (then)! You’d pay monthly and about the time you’d pay them off someone would get sick again! So now it’s so much better Dr office wise But you go to the ER quick visit stop shops. Good luck but for nurological visits this is the Dr I’d choose in our area .Plus they have great staff that bend over backwards to help you get your insurance copied and paperwork completed. They remind you of the appointment and gladly reschedule you appointment if in advance should you find out you have an issue. They work hard to get your medications sent to the optimal location so you’re paying the least , based on your information given to them (if mail order cheapest they’ll send it there, or if your insurance requires a specific pharmacy then they’ll do that, if your insurance has a special formulary all you have to do is bring it in and if they don’t already have it , they’ll make a copy and will use it ) So I feel that’s equally important as how good the Dr is most times. Because these people complete the visits by assuring you get the medication, labs or testing ordered and times set up and called to you . Sorry so long but wanted you to full understand all the whys we appreciate this Dr and the staff

Dr. Ntsoane is very abrasive and yells. He then says it's not you but you are the only one there. He doesn't listen to your concerns. He has his own agenda and it's not his patients. I would never recommend him to anyone. He doesn't care to help. So if you are looking for help...he is not giving any.
