Be aware you won’t be seen by a Dr. only students !!!!!!! Don’t waste your time !!

First and last time service was horrible arrived at 8:09am Very terrible experience had to wait over a hour just for a physical it's 9:33 will never go back then one of the doctors got got a attitude because I said why does it take almost 2 hours she going to say it was people before me that has covid but ain't realizing I was the first one there definitely wouldn't recommend this to anyone

So I walked in to this clinic with an abscess under my arm. Got checked in fine when someone finally came back there they had someone in training with them no big deal well they cut me in the wrong spot squeezed on it for a good 20 minutes and got nothing told me I would need to take some antibiotics and maybe have an MRI done. 24 hours later in the ER not able to even move my arm doc cut it in the correct place, drained, new antibiotics and good to go other than the 3k in bills and TLC still billing me even though I disputed the bill and advised they did nothing but cause me more pain and more swelling.

I absolutely love this place. However, for some reason. Now they cannot accept my digital card 4, my Health Insurance. It's going to take me 8 days to get it. I'm sick and I can't get medicine because I have to wait till I have my physical card. When just last week, they accepted my daughter's digital card. And she got medicine, so now I am supposed to be sick.

There always kind and caring. The waiting time is short to.

Well, I can’t speak for the actual medical staff as I did not end up going to this facility, however- whomever the receptionist was at 3:30p-4pm on 5-2-24 who answered my call has a serious lack in professionalism, as well as a clear disregard for basic curtesy or being polite. Perhaps she hasn’t the capacity to grasp simple human decency, or maybe she’s just the type of person who is rude needlessly to everyone- in any case- she probably shouldn’t be the first impression people make for this facility… most people don’t appreciate being spoken to in a condescending and arrogant manner , especially without a justification to do so. I called at the time specified above to inquire about bringing my daughter in… as someone who has been in the medical field both human med and still working in overnight veterinary ER I am well aware that many “urgent care “ or “walk in” clinics at times stop taking walk ins for various reasons or after certain hours… with this in mind I called to ask if they were taking walk ins at the moment. I was met with this woman’s rude attitude and “can’t be bothered “ tone when she responded with “….. the name of the clinic is TLC WALK IN clinic… “ Me: “ yeaaaa…. ?” Her: “ so yea, we take walk ins .” I decided to move on and said “ oh ok great, can you tell me how much a Hep A booster would be for my teenage daughter?” And again I received a *sigh* and I’m the same tone she stated: “ we don’t offer vaccines - this is urgent care.” I thanked her and hung up. Had I been able to come to this clinic for the service needed, I would’ve chosen to go elsewhere purely due to the fact I would not be interested in dealing with some devolved lady with unhealed teenage angst or whatever her issue is. I really hope the people offering the actual services do not have the same bedside manner, and don’t have to deal with her unwarranted sense of superiority.

Refused to do my son’s sports physical because he is special needs. We even called earlier in the day to verify we could come up for his physical. We even relayed he is autistic & this was for the upcoming Special Olympics, however when we arrived they denied him.

Beware, these people are shady and will lie to you about whether they're in network or not! Their customer service is horrible, I have been on hold for hours with these people trying to sort out my claim. I would not trust these people, and the medical care I received from them was perfunctory at best. Would not recommend! EDIT: You can see they’re still lying to me about being in network. Please be careful putting your care in the hands of people who would brazenly publish verifiable lies like this!
