Everyone from the front desk to the back was very professional. The Doctor was very thorough on the needed procedures. I did not feel pressured. They worked with me on a payment plan. I would recommend this practice highly.

I absolutely hate getting dental work done. I avoid it until I can't any longer, due to bad experiences at other clinics.<br><br>But this one is different. Right from the get go I was treated like I was the only person in there. The staff is so attentive to everything, and they helped put my mind to ease. Had a pretty long procedure done, and honestly it was the best one I've ever had. I cannot recommend this place enough. Dr Shucks' team is highly skilled and professional.

They make you feel super comfortable, explain treatment plan and services very well, work with your timelines, and address concerns with such patience. I personally, have an ingrained fear of anything dental related. I shake uncontrollably when in a dental chair. I had my first appointment here last year and started with nervous shakes half way through no shakes. Today, no shakes and felt so at ease for the first time. Everything that I would expect related to privacy and healthcare processes are so effective/efficient. The “above and beyond” attitude is what sets them apart.

The staff is nice but their prices are over-the-top expensive. I never have been billed so much for a simple procedure. This is with insurance from a mayor, well known dental insurer. Month later, I’ve been billed double the copay I was quoted and paid at the time of the procedure. The price quoted to me before the procedure was 100% inaccurate—literally. This procedure was recommended by the staff during a regular cleaning. None of my previous dentists ever said anything about me needed this particular procedure. I believed this doctor and his staff, and here I’m am, stuck with a huge bill.
