My experience was great overall! From walking in and being greeted by front desk, the sweet nurse, and the PA-Adams. I even got a call a few days later from another doctor or PA to check in on my symptoms. I’ve never had an urgent care show this much empathy in taking care of me. It’s appreciated for sure!

Best urgent care I’ve been to in BA so far. They have an in house lab and X-rays so the results are quick. Doctor Adams and the nurses are extremely nice and caring.

Autumn, Kita and Dr Couch were very pleasant and efficient. They took care of my need immediately. Having this location so close to home is perfect and I will gladly go here again if needed.
