Called to ask for previous info on treatment for a mold on front tooth. They said they didn’t have previous treatment info. we get there and they tell us they can’t do what is needed. And all of sudden have the previous records. Wouldn’t recommend going here. ZERO stars!!!

I got my dentures here several years ago. The bottom plate never fit right, no fault of the dentures, just that my gums were too short or whatever to keep them in. The dentist, Shane Tewis, was the nicest guy ever. Front desk staff were the same. Awesome. I had implants put in on the bottom and that helped tremendously. About 4 years after getting them, while on an anniversary trip out of state, I'm eating a SOFT taco and one of the front teeth ended up inside my mouth with the bite of taco. So that trip was ruined as I refused to go out in public with my 'summer teeth' - sum are there and some are not. As soon as I get home -3 days later, I call and get an appointment to have it put back in. Update, 8-19-2023. H aaa d to go in a 2nd time in the last 6 months to have the other front tooth put back in. Was untwisting a Luden's cough drop wrapper when it fell out. One more thing. I had a horrible stomach virus and I started projectile vomiting, I mean shooting puke from across the room to the toilet. I flushed my dentures before I knew it. Had to buy a new bottom plate. The gal that made the plate, I think graduated from her dental classes on Tuesday and these were put in on Friday. They've never snapped to the implants since day one. They rock like a seesaw. Not impressed, but I don't dare go back for fear that it would only be worse. Never had a bad experience except for one. I had a bare minimum chip, not noticeable at all, only to me when I ran my tongue across it. The gal says she'll smooth it out. 1/4 of my tooth is now missing because she didn't 'smooth' it out, she grounded it off! It looks stupid, but, I'm not paying for another top plate. Especially since I didn't ask for the tooth to be ground off at an angle.

great staff but product is not as good as years ago. I got a new set and this is the third time they've remade them. still not right. This is very important to people who want the best smile. Next time they said they'll refund me cause I'm not satisfied. Well the teeth are off and cutting into my gums. sad

I believe this place has a new name. Affordable Dentures & Dental. They have an in-house lab, so can get same day service. The only problem is plan to spend an entire day here waiting. Poor communication in here and several calls to come back in and get rechecked but work is getting done.

I had come her six years ago and paid upfront and my insurance was supposed to cover the rest, it did not. So fast forward to today when I am in so much pain and need to get an extraction. I called to make an appoint and was not told I had a balance and wasn't aware until I am in the chair. I do not recommend this place, all they want is your money.

The hole never fully closed up, but it stopped hurting and he couldn't feel anything so he figured it would be fine... Fast-forward to today, and he went to a new dentist for a cleaning where they confirmed that DDS only got the top half of the tooth. Now, because the gums have grown over it, what is left has to be removed by an oral surgeon.<br><br>Second before knowing about the issue with my husband, I went here for extractions and dentures. I have had nothing but problems with them. First time they put the dentures in they made me look like Sling Blade with my bottom jaw jutting out... Everytime I'd complain they got patronizing. I kept trying to tell them it was wrong but they still kept saying I just wasn't used to them. It took 4 visits and me losing 10lbs from not being able to eat anything before they agreed to completely redo them... And while they did improve, they STILL didn't get it right! Avoid this place!
