I love Dr. Adkisson. He always knows the best way to help with my ailments. My kids see him too and love him. I will never change doctors. He’s the best I’ve ever been to!

Their office hours are not 8AM to 5 PM. It’s whenever they feel like coming in. Almost 9 am and no one here.

The office staff are terrible! They are rude and hateful and they do not do their job! Every month my daughter tries to get her prescriptions for her mental health and can't seem to get them until she is 2-3 days late most times! We're talking about someone who needs this medication everyday and cannot call it in early and cannot get it on time!! I am so furious I wish I could go down there myself!!! This has been going on for a long time. I'm trying to talk her into changing doctors. To someone who cares. Because these people don't! She says the Dr's good but what good is he if his office staff do not follow orders he does not follow up? And yes she has told him but NOTHING has changed!!

I'm a new patient. Dr. Sent me to lab Corp for a full panel. It's been 3 weeks. I've called for results, feedback, do i need a follow up? I left 2 messages....crickets. I sure hope nothing is wrong. Zero stars for professionalism.

Scam artist! For starters he never followed up on my husband’s blood work & dismissed things as minor instead of getting some REAL referrals in. Donna sets up payment plans & if you can’t pay the full balance they deny you your monthly prescriptions. They just expect patients to go without when taking multiple medications a month just because they can’t cough up the full amount that’s under $150!!!! All they care about it MONEY not their patients

Ok I have been going here for 9 years. I went in to park side and had some meds that keep me stable and now I have not had them and tryed to get back on them.. he don't get that it helps. Sure I was on pills for 12 clean now .. but don't call at 8 to 9am no one will pick up been call for 45 mins now with nothing. Good luck look for a good doc that will help me for once..

Doctor Adkisson is the best doctor I've ever had He's a professional who cares about my needs. They have a great team Donna always is very helpful and so is Tammy I always look forward to my checkup every 6 months.

Dr. Adkisson, Donna, and Tammy are wonderful. They are professional, polite, and helpful. I've always been pleased with their service and how they take great care of me.

Nearly every month I receive the runaround about getting my prescription refilled. Sometimes they manage to get my refill called in the same day but, oftentimes i am made to wait 2-3 days, without my prescribed medication, before they are “able” to call into my pharmacy. Theres always an excuse, if i am able to reach anyone at all. Phone lines are often closed even during the times they say they should be open. If the lines are open, often times it rings and rings and no one answers. It just sends me back to the prompts. Today, Donna, the receptionist, threw a temper tantrum about me trying to get the medication this doctor has prescribed me for emotional instability. How do you think that reaction, lack of response and responsibility, not to mention the absence of my medication, affects my mental instability? Not well. Not well at all. I shouldn’t have to battle, monthly to obtain prescribed medication to keep me from losing my mind. This “doctors office” is a bad joke.
