I had a great experience during my appointment to see Dr Ozment. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. Dr Ozment was very knowledgeable and welcoming and answered all my questions. Shay and Lauren work the front desk and were so kind in helping me choose my glasses. I will definitely be back!

I had an optical emergency on a Friday and was supposed to be on the road driving to DFW to celebrate Christmas with my family. Dr. Ozment made time to see me, diagnosed a retina issue, and his staff was able to get me in to see a retina specialist all within the same day. Dr. Ozment and his staff made my issue a priority and that isn't very common anymore.

Staff is rude. They will charge extra for stuff and not tell you until it's time to pay. Stay away from here. You will not get good service.

I've been going to this eye doctor almost 10 years and I broke my contact and didn't have a replacement. They told me to go to whoever I ordered my contacts from to get an emergency pair. I've never asked for anything from them and the one time I needed something they were rude and condescending. Sorry Dr. Oz. You lost 4 patients. Myself and my kids will never patronize where our loyalty means nothing.

We had a great experience at BA Eye Site! After moving to Broken Arrow, we were in search of a new eye doctor. BA Eye Site came highly recommended. They were thorough and helped me and my kids get updated eye exams, new contacts and glasses. It was my youngest daughters first time wearing glasses and they took extra time to help her pick out frames that she loved. I highly recommend Dr. O and his team!
