Not only did it take 2 weeks to get my glasses but they were not the ones that I picked out Now to get them fixed they want me to pay again telling me that what I paid for the first time won't cover the glasses I originally picked out which was the one she was holding when she did all the paperwork. And I paid!!! Their public service over the phone was very rude. And their service in the office was the same as well as incompetent. I will never take my business here again and if you're smart neither will you. They think because they're the only eye Dr in this town that you have no choice but to take it. I'll drive 2 hours to Texas before I go to them again!!!!!!!! It's really sad that front office and reception is so bad because the the doctor is extremely nice and caring.
