Jason M. Crouch's Online Review Report Card

My 2nd & last office visit, first time meeting the NP, who walked into the exam room yelling insults at me and making derogatory comments about my reason for the visit. She blocked the door while badgering me and made me afraid to be examined by her. There was nothing I could do or say to change her mind. She flat out told me that if I did not 100% agree to her opinion, that there was no other possible reason for me to be in her office. I was shocked at being bullied by a professional, and ridiculed for having an opinion about my body and health. Granted, nurses have the right to refuse service to patients, I just don’t understand the animosity. Like I said earlier, this was my first time meeting her. I had hoped Dr Crouch would help me with my arthritis but I don’t give in to bullies.

He's good until you have a problem that he can't figure out, then his arrogance keeps him from saying "I don't know", and he says it's all in your head. My son lost a lot of weight in a week's time due to throwing up. Dr. Crouch saw him one time, ran bloodwork, and had his nurse call me to let me know he was either faking it or it was psychosomatic. Another doctor helped me figure out that it was an allergic reaction to an item in his room.

I Trust Dr Crouch... He listens to you and provides excellent care. He documents and reviews everything with you. He takes the time to explain problems that are or could affect you and then he suggest solutions or actions available. I like the care he gives me and i can talk to him about anything.
