My child had an appointment with Dr.Hennings today… her appointment was cancel and rescheduled for 3 months out. I originally scheduled an appointment back in November/ December for February and about a month later they called and said they had an appointment a few days earlier and today was that day. And like I said I showed up today for her appointment and they canceled on us and scheduled us out for 3 months out. And my child has some skin issues and it gets to hurting… Thankfully it’s calmed down a lot for now. I’m just really upset my child has to wait even longer for any help. And yes I do end up having to take her to the emergency room if it gets really bad. I’m just ready for her to have some relief.

I did not feel like my concerns were adequately assessed. She was quick to prescribe medications for the conditions I wanted addressed but I was very surprised that she did not ask about my current skin care regimen or what OTC treatments I had tried prior to seeking her care. In fact, one of the topical gels she prescribed me was an ingredient I had already tried on my own. I was very disappointed in the thoroughness of my appt since I had waited 3+ months to even be seen!

Awesome office and staff. I think this is the only dr I have been to where I was actually seeing the dr at my appointment time. She was awesome treeted my child with care.

Dr. Hennings seems to be be quite competent. However, I was quite disturbed on my last visit because the nurse or technician who saw me before Dr. Hennings came in did not check my medications or take my vitals. Nevertheless, when I left, I was given a list of my medications that was at least a year out of date and vitals, which, as I said, were not taken. In addition, I was supposed to get an information sheet about the medication she prescribed, but it was not among the papers I received. So even though I like Dr. Hennings, I will be seeing a different dermatologist next time. The staff needs to be better trained or supervised.

Shes amazing, caring, and listens. Had cystic acne, have H.S. She takes great care of my problems and her treatments have got rid of my scarring and keeps abscesses away
