Between Dr. Gruver and Dr. Richard Morrison my life was saved. I had 3 100% closed arteries and the 4th was 95% blocked and Dr. Gruver referred me immediately to Dr. Richard Morrison and it was up to him to do the risky surgery. He asked me,"how strong willed are you?" I told him I was extremely strong willed and he said after asking again,"what is the % of me coming off the surgery table?" When he said,"I will give it my best shot but if everything goes how I think your heart is,I will give you a 95% chance." Who could say no to that,right? Two days later I was on the table for 8 1/2hrs and now 2yrs later, I feel I owe my life to both Dr. Gruver and Dr. Morrison. But then again,I have to thank Dr. Few for talking to me and my family because I wasn't going to have the quadruple bypass and be sent home under hospice care til I just had the heart failure to end my life. All three of these Cardiologist saved my life so I can be with my family,if only for a little longer. By the way,I had absolutely ZERO symptoms of anything besides shortness of breath. No chest pains,numbness,or nothing like that. Also,a special note about Britney and the WHOLE staff of Dr Morrison's from office work staff to anesthesiologist to even the nurse who put the catheter in me(she knew I was terrified the morning of my surgery and had never been cathetered and I asked her to wait til I was knocked out before she did it and she promised and did exactly that)...that WHOLE team was extra extraordinary and the love and care that they showed not only to me but to my family will NEVER be forgotten. I love you all and would recommend Dr. Morrison's whole surgical staff to ANYONE! God bless you all.
