DONT SUPPORT! Terrible Nurses and Doctors with poor attitudes. Does not listen to Patients concerns. Poor medication management. 0/10 they treat patients with no Human Decency. Nice to get your monthly bill but terrible once a member. Save yourself the stress. Plenty of courteous good natured providers out there. Not here.

Wonderful health care! Very friendly staff, and a very thorough approach to wellness. I've never had a doctor that I can send text messages to direct, and get answers within minutes at times! Unbelievable 🌺

I am feeling much better in such a short length of time! Dr Wallace tweaked my Thyroid meds and lowered my cholesterol meds in half! My night sweats have stopped completely! Feeling like my old self again!!!! I praise Dr Wallace!

I’ve had nothing but great experiences! A doctor that takes time and listens to you, the office is clean and even has a “home” feel to it. Everything about what they do is convenient, but SO thorough. I’m so happy I am able to use these services. And Dr. Wallace is so kind. Definitely 5 stars!!!

I had finally found a doctor who I loved and then she left me. I was so sad. I tried another doctor and had a list of things to discuss during my first visit. I was allowed 30 minutes and was asked questions that should have been known based on my file if it had been read completely. I knew then and there that I was going back to Dr. Wallace! The monthly subscription service deterred me from committing but I was so unhappy. Dr. Kacey Wallace spent TWO hours with me at my very first visit. I have no doubt this would not occur anywhere other than Remedy Healthcare. The app allowed me to receive the full notes of my visit so I could remember what all she discussed with me. I can also message her anytime with questions or concerns. Dr. Wallace isn’t a band-aid doctor. She will help you find the root cause of your concerns and health problems and handle them in a way that helps you and not just masks symptoms. She is so very personable and my fears of being judged for my health and lifestyle quickly disappeared. I feel so comfortable with Dr. Wallace and I wish I hadn’t waited so long to sign up. She truly believes on healing and not covering up.

Our family LOVES Dr. Wallace! And all the Remedy family. Love how we are no longer pushed in and out and only 5 minutes with the doctor. That total (entire body and mind) are taken care of. That our doctor generally cares for each of us, and wants us to be healthy and off of medications! Won’t go anywhere else!

Dr. Wallace and her team at Remedy are absolutely amazing! This momma has never felt more safe and heard regarding my child’s healthcare needs as Dr. Wallace made us feel. I cannot say enough good about her and her team. If you are standing on the edge of indecision about Remedy …..TAKE THE JUMP! You’ll be glad you did.
