Nice hometown clinic

I went into Express Wellness Urgent Care and I was greeted by a very sweet and friendly staff who took my information handed me a couple forms to fill out to get the rest of my information. I was in there for a stiff neck that I could not move my head it was a little busy so I had to wait about 35 or 40 minutes but it was well worth the wait. Went back to the examination room and was in there about 10 minutes. The assistant came in and took my vitals and got my information about why I was there another very sweet person. She informed me that the caregiver would be in shortly and they came back in within 10 minutes and took me to x-ray to make sure there was nothing fractured with my neck. I'm recovering from a right shoulder rebuild so I didn't need any more pain on top of going through that. Again I would recommend this care center and the staff to anyone who is hurting. They gave me a couple prescriptions that were filled at Walmart just about the time I got there which was across the street. Started taking the two medications right away one was a steroid and the other was for inflammation by the time I got home within an hour after taking medication my neck stopped hurting and I had movement in it! I slept good through the night after having five nights of terrible sleep because of the stiff neck. Today I am able to do whatever I want to do around the house because I am off for another month recuperating from my right shoulder! They were accurate in their care and diagnosis and I was feeling better within a couple hours after visiting this facility! All of the staff was very nice and professional with sweet personalities which is not easy to have when you're dealing with the public sometimes LOL

The staff was AMAZING!!!!! Made an appointment online for my 4 yr old daughter and they were so great with her. Maybe waited 5 minutes to get called back and was maybe there a total of 30 minutes. I definitely recommend and will keep going back!! Fastest and greatest care we have yet to receive!!!!!

Filled out all the necessary forms and such online. Check in was a breeze. Didn’t hardly wait at all. Got me back and they were very nice and throughly checked me out. Sent me some scripts over to be filled. Great service.

How is it not a health hazard To force a client to be quarantine to the lobby full of People with COVID or concerned about having covid. I need a simple quick drug screen. No problem I'll wait. My issue is the fact that I went in at 9am to register and check in, and they set my appointment for after 6PM and said I couldn't leave the lobby. That's absolutely ridiculous. A better system or procedure needs to be implemented. Drug screening should be divided into groups. Example group A - for reasons need to be observed or detained (like drug charges) group B "people of good intent furthering their current condition" (child custody) group C" Employment drug screening" (the quick in and out)

Friendly fast service!

From Grace at receptionist, to Emily the cna to Shelby the Nurse Practitioner, the service was excellent! Short wait time, fast results, personal and caring service!

I was able to see someone within minutes of my arrival. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. Every question was answered in a way that I was able to understand. There are great people that work here.

Xpress wellness is the best thing to happen to Chickasha in a while they are fast and very helpful and this is coming from someone who does not like going to the doctor at all. If you are not feeling well this is your place to go.

We always say we are regulars and its true but it's because these ladies ALWAYS take amazing care of us. We absolutely love Shyla!
