I've been seen once here and that experience was great. The last two times I've attempted to seek care here, we were denied. I can't exactly remember their reasoning why they wouldn't treat my sick son, so I decided to write a review after being declined service this morning. I need a physical exam as part of the process of becoming a foster parent. My PCP is booked up for the next 4 months so I went to Xpress. They took the two page document I needed signed and after a quick 5 second glance at the document, I was told that the provider would not see me. Incredibly frustrated with this place.

AWFUL! Needed X-rays done after a car accident and they booked my appointment, made me pay, and wait passed my appointment time. Lady running the place then told me they couldn’t do the X-rays and it would be a week before I get my money back. Awful awful people.

The nurse and nurse pratitioner who stiched up my kiddos face. Were very kind and understanding. I really appreciated their patience and caring today. very neat nice stitches!

Where's experience ever from the moment walking in the door felt unwanted and like we were a burden bringing our one and a 1/2 year old in here do you have an appointment didn't realize that was a thing this is urgent care and then was turned away saying they couldn't see him due to immunthat's not what he was therefore I said that could possibly be it but wouldn't even bother to check his temperature or even look at him 😉 The receptionist was rude told there was an hour away when there was no one in the parking lot and only 1 extra person in there, Pediatrician said that the fever is due to a virus so he could have been seen and is very uncommon that they turned us away.
