would have been better if the Dr would have called or sent in the prescription. CVS never got it. not sure which one is the weak link but this is the last time I go there.

I was having chest pains really bad so I checked in and paid my co- pay and then when the doctor came in she immediately told me that they do not see any patients with chest pains and that I need to go to the emergency room. I said then why should I have to pay a co pay if you can’t see me and she said I did see you and I said that isn’t right because she did nothing but tell me that. I’m going to dispute the charges because I feel that the receptionist should know that and should have told me or even the assistant should know and have told me that they don’t treat anyone with chest pains instead of checking me in and putting me in a room just to wait for the doctor to come in and tell me that. I asked if they could at least do a chest X-ray and she refused and said I needed to go to the hospital. I explained to the hospital and they said that they should have at least done an X-ray and it would have saved me an emergency room bill. I would not go back or recommend them. Again, they should have told me that at checkin instead of having me pay copay and the dr doing nothing but tell me to go to hospital. In my opinion they are not knowledgeable and just lazy…as well as scamming for copay when they won’t treet any chest pain patients.!!

All was good except not excepting tricare for life benefits? They told me tricare has changed? I called tricare for life, nothing changed. So, I called your finance office and have not heard back???

This place used to be a great place for me to get really good health care. I went in today and the nurse practitioner, she didn't listen to anything I said. I told her I had a sinus infection and she agreed I had a lot of water behind both ears. I told her I knew my body and just an antibiotic wouldn't get the fluid out of my ears. They treated me like I was some drug dealer looking for my next fix. All I wanted was to get better before christmas. I will never go back!

Dr as well as nurses and receptionist were all very empathetic and knowledgeable to me and my sick 9 year old. Great experience!

I can’t say enough good things about our experience at this urgent care. We brought our 6 month old baby girl in for upper respiratory symptoms and they took exceptional care of us. They got us in and out quickly. The Nurse Practitioner was thorough, kind, and caring. From the receptionist, the MA, and the provider, all staff was professional and personable. They were dealing with internet issues which is even more impressive! Will definitely be using this urgent care in the future. Thank you HealthCare Express!

Got right in. PA was pleasant and helpful. Listened to my issue and had me back out the door quickly. I appreciated that since I didn’t feel well. Hoping the medication kicks in soon so I can get on the mend!
