Don't bother making an appointment. I have everytime I've gone, and every time I have to wait at least 2 hours. I get things happen but when it's everytime it's a problem. This has even happened before covid, so no excuses. When people are sick and potentially vomiting alot they don't want to be in a waiting room for hours, that's why we set appointments. If appointments mean nothing don't bother having them, just say your a walk in clinic. First come first served.

Made a 9 am appointment. Arrived at 8:40 after waiting more than an hour we were informed that the appointment doesn’t do anything you are still put on the list like the walk ins!!

Well this place will not let you in without a mask all of a sudden when I literally just took my kid here a couple weeks ago there was no mask requirement to enter so in order to get my child checked for an allergy I have to go to Walmart and buy a mask that is the stupidest why is required all of a sudden every time I come here it’s always something

Made an appointment only to be told we're running behind. They couldn't give us a time to be seen. Mask are required but not provided. "We ran out last night", Would have been nice for a courtesy call.

Kayla and Cynthia were great! My 3.5yr old little boy was NOT having pretty much anything they needed to do for his exam, but they were so patient and kind with him. They knew exactly how to handle that type of situation and made it seem like the easiest thing in the world.My one complaint is the wait time. We scheduled an appointment for 11:30am on line, but still had to wait over an hour to be seen. If you're not going to honor the times, why bother with it at all?

I will never go here for medical care now that I found out that they are using a loophole in the law to charge over $200 for a Covid test that is supposed to be free. I won’t support a company that profits from the suffering that this pandemic has brought. I find it immoral and distasteful.

Not sure why I scheduled an appointment. Set it for 12:00. Completed pre check-in 15 minutes prior to appointment. It is now 1:30 and all I need is a COVID test. Won’t make this mistake again.

Lame slogan for something y’all don’t abide by! When in fact you don’t skip the wait line instead walk ins get seen before you! So be aware of that! Might as well not waste your time scheduling an appointment
