This an excellent care facility! My sister in law was seen yesterday, and I went this morning. We both agreed the staff was friendly, quick, and very professional! Especially Feba, at check-in, my tech (Donna?), and Allison the N.P. Their app is great! I had my test results before I left the office. An overall excellent experience!! I will certainly return when I need care. Richard

Front desk and medical assistant were super nice but nurse practitioner said my daughter had an ear infection and prescribed amoxicillin and nothing changed so I went to her pediatrician and her pediatrician said her ears were fine and she didn’t need amoxicillin and gave us suggestions for how to help her. She also said she couldn’t give my daughter zofran cause she is under 6 but her pediatrician gave her some and told us to just split it in half since she is little.left the urgent care not even knowing what was wrong with my daughter. Very disappointed and will not be going here again.

I have used the Choctaw location twice so far, and both experiences were GREAT! The check-in process was easy, staff members were friendly and professional, facility was sparkling clean and welcoming, and wait time was short. I was there to be treated for a sinus infection the first time, and strep the second time. Testing was easy, prescriptions were quick as needed, and they billed my insurance & Medicare correctly. Best of all, they got me feeling better soon! 😊

Very quick service. Very professional. I’ve used 3 other urgent cares in our area and often feel like either the provider is not skilled enough or the wait time is extreme. Immediate care also properly applies my urgent care insurance, whereas others have called my visits “primary care” so they can overcharge me and my insurance. The checkin process online is easy, as well.

I'm not sure if it's incompetent or growing pains, but I am not a fan. I was super excited about having an urgent care so close to my house and the need arised so I made my way in. Pros: Super clean Kind staff Cons: Slow Inconsistent information Hard to get clear direction Check in took me a good 45 mins and we were the only people there. Front desk couldn't seem to figure anything out. I had to jump through so many hoops for them to verify my insurance only to not and charged me out of pocket for my visit. I was told once I could prove I had coverage they would reimburse my $125. I submitted what they needed 24 hours later only to get the run around about my refund! 38 days later, I had to reach out to the business again to finally get a refund. If this is the way this place will be, I'll stick to the extra drive.

We went here from a recommendation from a close by urgent care. It's a newer facility but the staff were experienced and kind. My husband broke his foot and sprained it and they did the X-ray and wrapped his foot and ankle. The doctor was amazing. Patient and kind. My husband was in a lot of pain so coming to a place like this was perfect. I would recommend it for any urgent care needs. 10/10

Visited on Sunday 7/28. Front desk staff was friendly and quick. Medical assistant in exam room seemed new, unfamiliar with some of the equipment but friendly! When the clinician came in, did not introduce herself. No idea if she is a NP, PA, etc. Did a good physical exam and asked pertinent questions. Called in medications and overall went well. But it's always necessary to introduce yourself to the patient and say your name/credentials clearly. Please improve on this.
