Refused to refill my med, just cut me off it. And told me to find a dr closer to home. In this horrible time of turmoil.knowing i have several diagnoses making it difficult for me to adjust to change.

I was a patient for years, then had to change facilities due to insurance.when i had the opportunity to chose her again, i did so, even though i had to drive an 1. 5 to see her. I felt it was worth it. I didnt see her, i saw Teresa ( nurse practioner) .. she started me on a med & then refused to refill again. And told me to see a closer dr.. i trusted dr kroeker enough to choose her, not only as a woman but as a dr i had trusted for years. I now have to call and find another provider, in this time of turmoil. And because of COPD, im on isolation precautions. I feel it was wrong to not only refill my med but to tell me it was too far for me to drive. I have several disorders that make it difficult for me to adjust to change.

Went today only to be refused because they said we owed money (which I was unaware of) and it has to be paid. Pretty lousy because went there so my wife could get her much needed blood pressure medicine refilled and they obvious they do not care they just want MONEY!
