Very patient oriented staff. Professional but nice.

Terrible experience in the emergency room. Nurses did not know how to treat a burn on my wife's foot. Were very dismissive when she asked if they could check on out baby she was carrying. She was seven months pregnant at the time. The staff yelled at her that she should have told them that before. The nurses didn't seem to have a strong grasp of even that most basic level of health care. Our experience definitely proved the perception that Hillcrest Claremore ER is basic a morgue

I was there for a lump in my throat. Not one person even looked inside my mouth. They asked if I had been around someone with covid, and I said yes because my daughter had been diagnosed, so they were all about me having covid...so they was supposed to swab me...I asked for nausea medication..and some lady came in my room (that didn't even have a bed) and told me they couldn't give me more because they had already given me some? Umm no they did not..she tried to give me my paperwork (I'm sure just to get me out of there) without even swab me for covid. It was a joke.I was there for a lump in my throat. On the 20th of January i had a hip replacement surgery and i didnt remember the name of my nurse in recovery, but she is the reason i rated my experience this highly. She was everything a nurse should be. Dr. Ogg was great as well. Ty to all those who cared for me.

I was very light headed last night, I passed out on kitchen floor, heart racing and chest pressure, we call for help , I was transported by ambulance to your house for High pulse of 150, chest pressure, light headed. They didnt take my insurance information when i came here. Now i have bill collectors mailing me bills and calling me. These people are trying to charge me $1500 for talking to an lpn for 5 minutes and getting ZERO help for my issues. what a joke. I wish i could go back in time and never come here.

Literally no respect towards their patients if it doesn’t seem to benefit them. The lady that works in ER check in at 4:20 AM on January 11th. I recently had 2 visits to the er here. Both times my medical issues were downplayed. The most recent visit my first nurse was very rude with me. I wanted to leave immediately after talking with her. There is absolutely no reason to be like that with patients.

They killed my wife's grandmother. They almost killed her years ago, but family intervened. They are egregious consistent users of malpractice and should be regulated. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING SERIOUS. Go to Tulsa.
