List of Kim Weaver's Reviews
I was referred to Dr. Weaver by a friend in our local community for Crohn's disease. I was really pleased with her care, as I was pretty ill at the time of diagnosis. Dr. Weaver got me in for a colonoscopy and promptly diagnosed me. Dr. Weaver is a caring, compassionate physician who takes a proactive, collaborative approach with her patients, packaged in a cheerful, positive bedside manner. I am happy to say I have been in remission since early fall 2020 with the therapy she has prescribed. I plan on continuing in her care as long as she practices at UNC.
Highly reguarded GI dr. who is concerned about your overall health as well as her specialty.
After some pelvic pain and spotting after menopause, Dr Weaver ordered a transvaginal ultrasound. I had the test on a Friday. Dr Weaver said she would call me Tuesday with the results but to call her on Wednesday if I hadn't heard from her. It's now a week past that Wednesday and I've called everyday for a solid week to get those results. On Friday, Dr Weaver's nurse said the dr hasn't even looked at the report! I'm not sure if she will ever call me back. It appears this dr isn't the least bit concerned with my welfare.
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Weaver for over 4 years. The last appointment I waited an hour and a half and finally got redressed and left. Rescheduled an appointment for today for 11:15 and at 12:40 I gave up again, got redressed and left. It’s bad enough having to go in for an annual pap but having to waiting so long is just rude and very unprofessional.

Impressed! She listened to all of my concerns and was very thorough in explaining things to me. She made sure all of my questions were answered. She was so friendly and personable. The nurses and office personnel were also very professional and friendly. So glad she is here!
Excellent care! She is so kind and caring! She and her staff are very professional. The office is decorated in warm colors, and made me feel at ease. She even gave me a neck warmer because I was cold! She gave my daughter a treat after the visit & provided a "big sister" chair for her to sit in. I've found my doctor!

Fantastic office. Friendly staff. Very clean office. I felt comfortable and secure. Dr. Hennan is consistently professional, compassionate and makes me feel as though I have her undivided attention. She is truly a patient advocate and is clearly current with all the latest research and treatments.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
