I had a knee scope done by Dr. Eiser. I was extremely nervous about everything. But office visits were great. Office staff was exceptional. Never had to wait more than 5 minutes.I had 2 meniscus tears, sprained ACL and cartridge stuck between my knee joints.Being put under scared me. I did well, no side effects. Everything went very smoothly.I'm grateful for a positive experience. I'm happy to say, recovery went well and I was able to work out again.

Eiser has the bed side manners of a burned black cat! He is very rude and sarcastic. I have a torn ankle ligament but during the exam he never touched or examined my foot. Of the few questions I did have, i didn't get to ask because he kept cutting me off.I would never recommend him to anyone!

Eiser has the bed side manners of a burned black cat. His level of empathy was surprising. I saw him for a recently torn ligament. He found it necessary to tell me that I wasn't the first person to have a sprained ankle. He was very short and would not allow me the opportunity to ask questions without interrupting with rude responses. I would not recommend him under any circumstance!
