If i could rate 0 i would. Currently waiting 2 HOURS just to be checked out. An hour in the waiting room, and an hour in the back room after they got why I was there. Don't come here if you don't want to waste your time

What terrible customer service from these people. I was turned in to collections over 25 dollars that I was not even aware of. Tried to call them and was treated like I was sub-human. I'll never be back.

If I need urgent care, this is where I will go. The staff is so friendly and the treatment is great. I've had to go twice and thus far the service is wonderful. I would recommend this place if you're in have a medical issue.

Seemingly very unprofessional, I called just to ask a few quick questions and was rudely interupted and dismissed by the receptionist, for this reason alone I will NOT be a patron of this establishment. People in the Healthcare industry can become so desensitized and forget that they could be dealing with another human being on one of their worst days. Even people answering phones would do well to remember that.

The staff is awesome. They are very helpful, knowledgeable, and for me went above and beyond in helping me. They also made me feel extremely comfortable with the care they provided me.

Never used an Urgent care before. What a great experience from the front desk to the Dr, they were all both professional and kind!

Clean place, friendly staff, usually not incredibly busy. The wait times are not great but I have never been to an urgent care that was fast. Better luck getting in here than other places in Duncan.

Took my child in and was seen immediately, she was treated well, and we were out the quickest I have ever been at any medical facility. The staff was kind and treated us well.
